The needle

The male doctor walked up to Shadow and held a needle in front of the terrified hedgehog. Shadow's arms were strapped down on the arms of the chair he was sitting in. The doctor poked the needle through Shadow's skin on his arm, taking blood from a vein, Shadow cried out in pain and tears streamed down his cheeks.

His worst fear is injection needles.
